Coach Greg Glassman of CrossFit stated at the 2008 Decatur CrossFit February Certification that a "good" Coach should know everything about his/her clients, his /her craft, and a six-figure income would follow. And we agree!

Are you making six-figures?  Are people telling you that you're good or even great?  If we can measure our workout times as coaches and our proficiency by observing and measuring these skills, then can't we measure whether we are good or great by our business acumen and income levels. 

Should'nt running your box require both sets of skills if your good/great?

It will be interesting to hear from the coaches who are making less than $50,000 per year.
